Episode 81: Is using a third-party marketing platform worth it? There is a selection of garage providers which charge you each time you receive a new customer from them.
MOT Manager has always been an all-inclusive system. One monthly fee for unlimited use. We don't charge for EVERY NEW customer which comes back through our system via MOT or Service reminders. There are many marketing platforms which allow customers to book online and take a percentage or fee for the privilege. If this is working for you then great! BUT let's put those new customers back into MOT Manager for future bookings minus the third-party marketing fees. Why keep paying for an existing customer?
